Graphics and Logos Terms and Conditions

        I.            Graphics and Logos cannot, and does not, check any submission for spelling, grammar, or any other errors. The design will be printed as it appears during the approval step. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to ensure that all materials submitted for printing are formatted correctly.
     II.            Printing errors attributed to the customer are not subject to free reprint. Customer may correct their issue and reprint the order at 50% of the cost for each reprinted item. Shipping will be set as ground for reprints and will be paid for by the customer. Upgrades to shipping will be available at standard rates. Errors caused by Graphics and Logos will be reprinted and shipped free of charge.
   III.            Graphics and Logos does not censor or refuse any material, but neither does it review material to make sure it is in compliance with the law. Graphics and Logos accepts no liability for materials that are subject to copyright or trademark protections or that are otherwise in violation of the law. Graphics and Logos will not be held accountable for possession of illegal materials or illegal use of materials in connection with www. GraphicsandLogos.net. Violation of these terms of service will indemnify Graphics and Logos against any legal action.
    IV.            Graphics and Logos guarantees prints will not be defective in accordance with industry standards. If a print is found to be defective, then you may contact Graphics and Logos for a reprint or other compensation. Graphics and Logos must be contacted via e-mail at service@ or by phone at GraphicsandLogos.net888-462-6480 within 30 days of receiving your order. If product is deemed defective, one of the following resolutions will be offered:

A. Graphics and Logos will reprint with the same production and delivery terms extending from the time of resolution.
B. Graphics and Logos will authorize an RMA number for you.  A Customer Retention representative will contact you within one business day of your initial query to help issue your RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization). Contact with the representative must be established within five business days to verify the request, and the package must be received by Graphics and Logos within 30 days after RMA is issued. Compensation will be processed only after an RMA has been issued and the entire product has been returned to Graphics and Logos, after which the refund transaction will take place within five business days. Samples will be required prior to any action being taken.

-Monetary compensation will only be offered for the cost of product on orders found to be defective due to a Graphics and Logos error. Shipping and handling charges may be compensated with store credit when applicable. Refunds will not be honored for customer errors (typos, incorrect file submission in accordance with our specifications, duplicate orders, and misunderstands of turnaround time.), slight color variances within four color (CMYK) industry standards for pleasing color, cutting and folding tolerances within stated limits on the website, and undeliverable packages/3rd delivery attempts and orders returned without an RMA.

-Delayed orders that are not dated time sensitive can be refunded for shipping charges only. Store Credit and Refunds may be given for delayed time sensitive material.
      V.            Graphics and Logos guarantees all business cards and 4" x 6" postcards with shipping methods other than UPS ground or UPS standard will ship the 1- 4 business days if ordered before 5:00 pm Eastern Standard Time. Graphics and Logos guarantees 2- 7 day  turnaround on all 8½" x 5½" postcards, greeting cards, brochures, letterhead. Graphics and Logos guarantees 10 business day turnaround on all envelopes. Ordering envelopes with other products may delay the entire order. Refused or undeliverable orders are not a valid reason for reprint or refund and reshipment of the order will be at the customer's expense.
    VI.            Graphics and Logos does not guarantee the turnaround times above on basic ground shipping. Delays on orders placed with ground shipping may occur.
 VII.            Graphics and Logos makes no guarantee about time in transit of any shipping methods. In the event an order is lost or misplaced while in transit, a notification of no receipt must be sent via e-mail to service@GraphicsandLogos.net and include the invoice number. Graphics and Logos is allowed 5 business days from the time of notification to respond with one of the resolutions below:
A. Graphics and Logos will reprint with the same production and delivery terms extending from the time of resolution. This occurs when lost packages cannot be found.
B. Graphics and Logos will redirect the lost order with the same delivery terms extending from the time of resolution. Packages located by UPS will be rerouted to the customer promptly upon discovery. UPS requires a 10 business day window for refund of shipping costs.
VIII.            Graphics and Logos ships its products from various locations across the United States. Please be advised that your merchandise may be shipped from any of these locations. If a product needs to reach you by a specific date, please select a shipping method other than ground; otherwise your product may be delayed.
    IX.            Packages shipped outside of the United States may be charged a duty based on the receiving country's import tax. Graphics and Logos is not responsible for the payment of this fee.
      X.            Graphics and Logos assumes no liability whatsoever to customers for any lost business or other damages, real or constructive. Buyer assumes full risk of possible delivery delays.
    XI.            Graphics and Logos cannot be held responsible for any inability to print on the product after purchase. Graphics and Logos products are often coated and can be difficult to print on. UV coated products cannot be printed on, while matte covered products may require commercial printers. Please test using a sample and verify that your printer will work before placing an order. Samples can be ordered online for free. Problems printing on products using after-market printers is not a valid reason for refund or reprint.
 XII.            Graphics and Logos does not refund, cancel or credit if the service failure is caused, in whole or in part, by:
Acts of God, weather conditions, environmental or dangerous goods incidents, perils of the air, public enemies, public authorities acting with actual or apparent authority, acts or omissions of customs officials, authority of law, quarantine, riots, strikes, work stoppages or slowdowns, or other labor disputes or disturbances, civil commotions or hazards incident to a state of war, local or national disruptions in ground or air transportation networks or systems due to events beyond our control, disruption or failure of communication and information systems, disruption or failure of utilities, or other circumstances beyond our control.
XIII.            Graphics and Logos cutoff time of 5:00 pm EST is based on the time we receive notification of a payment clearing from the billing agent. Typical credit card payments clear within 5 seconds; electronic checks, however, may take up to 5 business days to clear.
XIV.            Orders may only be canceled through our website using the order status interface. Orders that have already printed cannot be canceled.
 XV.            Graphics and Logos reserves the right to contact you via phone, e-mail, or post mail regarding current and/or future orders placed with Graphics and Logos. Any customer may opt out of receiving future contact from Graphics and Logos at any time, by unsubscribing from our email correspondence.
XVI.            Graphics and Logos reserves the right to share contact information with its trusted and reputable corporate partners. These partners abide by their own terms of service and privacy policy. Any further information you provide to the third party and any dealings you have with the third party will be governed by the privacy and other policies of that third party.
XVII.            We will never provide your credit card or other payment details to any third party, including our corporate partners.
XVIII.            Finished size of business cards is 2" x 3½" plus or minus 0.0625" in any direction. Bleed dimensions are 2.127" x 3.627". Safe-zone area is 1.873" x 3.373". What this means in non-printer's terms is that your background should be 2.127" x 3.627", but the text on the business card should be placed at least 1/8th of an inch away from any full-bleed edge.
XIX.            Finished size of postcards is 4" x 6" plus or minus 0.125" in any direction. Bleed dimensions are 4.25" x 6.25". Safe-zone area is 3.75" x 5.75". What this means in non-printer's terms is that your background should be 4.25" x 6.25", but the text on the postcard should be placed at least 1/4th of an inch away from any full-bleed edge.
 XX.            Finished size of oversized postcards is 5½" x 8½" plus or minus 0.0625" in any direction. Bleed dimensions are 5.627" x 8.627". Safe-zone area is 5.373" x 8.373". What this means in non-printer's terms is that your background should be 5.627" x 8.627", but the text on the postcard should be placed at least 1/8th of an inch away from any full-bleed edge.
XXI.            Finished size of letterhead is 11" x 8½" plus or minus 0.0625" in any direction. Bleed dimensions are 11.127" x 8.627". Safe-zone area is 10.873" x 8.373" . What this means in non-printer's terms is that your background should be 8.627" x 11.127", but the text on the letterhead should be placed at least 1/8th of an inch away from any full-bleed edge.
XXII.            Finished size of brochures is 8½" x 11" plus or minus 0.0625" in any direction. Bleed dimensions are 8.627" x 11.127". Safe-zone area is 8.373" x 10.873". What this means in non-printer's terms is that your background should be 8.627" x 11.127", but the text on the brochure should be placed at least 1/8th of an inch away from any full-bleed edge.
XXIII.            Finished size of envelopes is 4⅛" of an inch x 9½" plus or minus 0.125" in any direction. Bleed dimensions are 4.375" x 9.75". Safe-zone area is 3.875" x 9.25". What this means in non-printer's terms is that your background should be 4.375" x 9.75", but the text on the envelope should be placed at least 1/4th of an inch away from any full-bleed edge.
XXIV.            Finished size of small greeting cards is 8½" x 5½" folded to 4¼" x 5½" plus or minus 0.0625" in any direction. Bleed dimensions are 8.627" x 5.627". Safe-zone area is 8.373" x 5.373". What this means in non-printer's terms is that your background should be 8.627" x 5.627", but the text on the greeting card should be placed at least 1/8th of an inch away from any full-bleed edge. There is a 1/16th of an inch tolerance when slitting the cards for folding.
XXV.            Finished size of large greeting cards is 11" x 8½" folded to 5½" x 8½" plus or minus 0.0625" in any direction. Bleed dimensions are 11.127" x 8.627". Safe-zone area is 10.873" x 8.373". What this means in non-printer's terms is that your background should be 8.627" x 11.127", but the text on the greeting card should be placed at least 1/8th of an inch away from any full-bleed edge. There is a 1/16th of an inch tolerance when slitting the cards for folding.
XXVI.            Finished size of small self inking stamp is 0.75" x 2". Safe-zone area is 0.625" x 1.875". What this means is that your background should be 0.75" x 2", but the text on the stamp should be placed at least 1/16th of an inch away from the edge.
XXVII.            Finished size of large self inking stamp is 0.75" x 2.375". Safe-zone area is 0.625" x 2.25". What this means is that your background should be 0.75" x 2.375", but the text on the stamp should be placed at least 1/16th of an inch away from the edge.
XXVIII.            All business card and postcard printing is done on 14 point card stock, clay-coated on either one or both sides, depending on the type of card being printed. CMYK process color is applied at 175-line to 250-line screen. High-gloss U/V finish coating is applied over printing if requested. Card stock will be raised to 15 to 16 point if a U/V coat is added.
XXIX.            Letterhead and envelopes are printed on 70# offset opaque, acid free, ink jet and laser jet guaranteed. CMYK Process color is applied at 175-line to 250-line screen.
XXX.            Brochures and slicks are printed on 100# gloss book or 100# gloss cover and finished with high-gloss aqueous coating. CMYK Process color is applied at 175-line to 250-line screen.
XXXI.            You agree that you shall indemnify and defend Graphics and Logos, all parties from whom Graphics and Logos has licensed portions of content, and their directors, officers, and employees, against all claims, liability, damages, costs and expenses, including reasonable legal fees and expenses arising out of or related to
1) your breach of these Terms of Service or
2) any suit, claim, or demand arising from or relating to any text, photograph, image, graphic, or other material you incorporated into products that was not part of the standard site content.
